Lost Planet Media has been publishing an online
magazine, Winter Texans Online, since 1997. It's
popularity grew and brought on two more websites,
TexasLessTraveled and GoRvTexas . The magazines are
designed as a growing and extensive single-source for
internet users seeking information about destinations and
attractions across Texas, garnering more than 1 million

In 2002, Emcee Communications and Lost Planet Media
created Winter Texan TV, a closed-circuit information
channel on the cable systems in select RV resorts across
the Valley. In 2004, the group added hotel rooms to the
network in South Padre Island and Harlingen Texas. A TV
channel devoted entirely to Winter Texans, Business
